Return and Refund Policy

Note: Please contact us before making any returns. We will not accept any returns without having prior notice from you.

Kindly please note the return and refund terms and conditions are different for defects and non-defect products.

1.      You are required to notify us within 7 days of receipt by sending us a message at our contact page or via email (help@mummum.com.sg) and attach a picture or video of the defect product.

2.      For a defect product where it does not allow you to show either using a picture or video, you can return the defect product back to us. Once we or our distributor have evaluated the product is beyond repair, we will send a replacement to you from our warehouse or have the distributor to contact you directly for the exchange.

3.      If the defect product is not severe and is repairable, we or the distributor will do the repair and you are not eligible to request for an exchange or refund.

4.      Upon sending back the product(s) to us or to our distributor for evaluation, buyer will responsible for the return shipping fees. Once the defect has confirmed by us or the distributor, we will reimburse the shipping fees (with a valid receipt up to $5) and send back your product after repair or do a replacement for you.

5.      Buyer will be fully responsible for all shipping fees (including shipping to us/distributors and shipping back to buyer) when we or the distributor are unable to identify any defect being mentioned or highlighted by you.

6.      At the end of the day, if you wish to get a refund but not a free replacement due to defect, we will refund you in the form of credit points.


Free 30 Days Return Terms and Conditions

Generally, it is alright to have a change of mind and have your product(s) return back to us with the box/packaging in sealed condition and has never been opened, within 30 days of receipt if you find the product you bought does not bring much to good use.

Note: Please contact us before making any returns. We will not accept any returns without having prior notice from you.

1.      Please ensure the product(s) is safely delivered and not damaged when you are returning back the unused product (box/packaging in sealed condition and has not been opened) to us or to the distributors. MumMum Singapore or the Distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. MumMum Singapore and/or Distributors reserve the right to reject any used products, should the products’ packaging been opened, or not deemed to be in a satisfactory original condition. The sender will bear all shipping fees for including sending back the products and returning the products back to the sender when a return cannot be accepted or being rejected.

2.      We allow our customer to return clothing products provided that the original tag/label is still attached, not washed and is in “as new” condition. Please do note, “as-new” refers to both the product and its packaging. If the product is not in ‘as new’ condition, the buyer will be fully responsible for all shipping fees.

3.      Please do note that the product expiry date stated in our product listing page is only an indicative. The expiry date of the product that you receive may differ from what it has stated in the product listing page. Rest assure, buyer will receive products with more than 1 year shelf life unless stated otherwise. We will not accept any return of products that expire in less than 6 months unless the products information stated in our product listing page is inaccurate. 

4.      Buyer is responsible to source for their own courier service and bear all shipping fees for returning any product to us. We do encourage all our buyers to engage a trackable courier service in order to track the product whereabout. MumMum Singapore will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage of the product. Alternatively, you can personally return the product to us at our address (Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm and please avoid lunch time between 12pm to 2pm).

5.      Below is a list of products that do not apply for our 30 Days change of mind return policy. If you are unsure of whether your product can be returned, please feel free to contact us before taking any action.

6.      Refunds will be strictly in the form of credit points that allows you to offset your next purchase at MumMum Singapore. The amount of credit points credited to your account will be the difference between the value of the exchange is in points and the amount previously awarded before the exchange.

E.g. You have made a purchase of $50 (include shipping fees of $5) and earned 50 points. Due to change of mind and we have accepted your return, we will give you credit points of 4950 points (5000 points – 50 earned points).

7.      All accepted returns do not involve our Free Shipping Policy. The amount (in the form of the credit points) refunded will be Purchase Price – Point received - Original Shipping Fees (Please refer to the invoice under “Free Shipping” Rate to check the amount)

E.g. You have made a purchase of $60 (free shipping fees of $10) and earned 60 points. Due to change of mind and after we have accepted your return, we will give you credit points of 4940 points (6000 points – 60 earned points – 1000 points ($10) for shipping).
 

8.      We will credit the points within 7 working days after we receive the products that match our conditions as mentioned above. 

9.       Please fill up our Return form and attach with the product when you are sending back to our warehouse. MumMum Singapore will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage of the product.

Cancellations

We do not allow any cancellation after an order has been placed on our platform. In the event due to change of mind, you can return back the item subjected to the T&Cs mentioned above. However, if you decide not to accept the order that you have placed and reject while the delivery is on its way, there will be a fixed recovery fee of $15 for administrative/logistical coverage.

Warranties

For defective products that is under warranty, customers will need directly contact respective warranty service centers for repairs. In the event a product is beyond repair, a working condition replacement will be sent to you or we will refund you in the form of credit points.
